I truly want wedding photography to be the easiest part of your day.

Good news. It will be, here's how.

I’M BIG ON NO PRESSURE & HERE TO HELP YOU

I know that choosing your wedding photographer is a huge decision for you.  Once we chat (in person, video or on the phone),  all I will need from you in a deposit & signed contract. This saves your date and is all done electronically. Please feel welcome to email me with any questions you may have.

AKA. ENGAGEMENT SHOOT

Why is this a thing?
Practice- for all of us. This is a complementary part of your wedding package. I will be (literally) very close to you throughout your wedding day and want to make sure that we are comfortable with one another.  You will have the opportunity to see what you like about your photos, and have no time constraints so can be extremely creative. Plus, after we do this shoot, you won’t even notice me clicking away at your wedding.

THE FUN PART

We will figure out when and where to take your photos. We will take into account golden hour (the hour before sunset) and also what time the sun actually sets to get those beautiful colors.

A lot of the other details we will have already chatted about, but the formal planning will take place a couples of months before your wedding. I will send you a questionnaire that pretty much asks you about every possible details about your wedding. This will ensure that I know what to expect so you have focus on your wedding. I’ll create a timeline from there for us to work from that will create a stress free photography schedule for the day.

YOU ENJOY- I’LL TAKE CARE OF THE REST

I take a hands off approach for the majority of your wedding. I’ll be shooting the day as it happens through the time you are getting ready, the ceremony and at the reception. What you are doing naturally during that these times is much more authentic that anything I can direct. I will be more hands on through family portraits to make sure they flow seamlessly.  During your portraits, I’ll give your and your partner plenty of direction to get the best possible shots.
